The parties
Wilco Rigging and Installation Inc, doing business as Wilco ATM Services, of Lehi, Utah. Where this page says “Wilco,” that is who it means. “The visitor” means anyone using this website.
What this site is for
Describing what Wilco does and providing a way to request a bid. Nothing more. There is no account to create, nothing to buy here, and no payment of any kind is processed on this website.
Requesting a bid is not a contract
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not hire Wilco, it does not reserve a date, and it does not obligate either party to anything. Wilco may decline a job, and the visitor is free to go elsewhere.
A bid from Wilco is a quote based on the information provided and, where one was done, what the site survey found. If the job turns out to differ from its description, the quote can change. Work begins when there is a signed quote or purchase order, and that document, not this page, governs the job: scope, schedule, price, and everything else.
What is on this site, and what it is not
The equipment and access information here is kept accurate and general. It is a planning aid, not a substitute for a site survey. Buildings differ, equipment configurations differ, and the reason Wilco surveys heavy units before bidding them is that no table can show whether a particular vestibule turn works.
Nothing on this site is a price. Every job is quoted.
The visitor’s obligations
Information sent to Wilco must be accurate. Nothing may be sent that the sender is not permitted to share, including another company’s confidential material. This site may not be used to break the law, and may not be attacked, scraped, or interfered with.
What belongs to Wilco
The text, layout, photographs, logo, and name on this site belong to Wilco. Reading it, printing it, and sending a link to a colleague are welcome. Republishing it as another party’s own, or using Wilco’s name or mark to suggest involvement in something Wilco is not part of, is not permitted. Third-party names and marks shown on this site belong to their owners.

Wilco is not responsible for the content of any other site this one links to.
About this website specifically
This section is about the website and only about the website. It has nothing to do with Wilco’s work, which is covered by the signed quote and backed by Wilco’s insurance.
The site is provided as it is. Wilco works to keep it accurate and available, but does not warrant that it will be error free or reachable at any given moment, and is not liable for losses arising from its use or from being unable to reach it. If a form submission fails, the page says so and shows Wilco’s email address and phone number, and a phone call always works.
