About

The crew, not the layer above it

More than twenty years of experience installing this equipment, and still the people in the branch.

Twenty years on this equipment.

Setting, moving, and removing ATMs, teller cash recyclers, and note vaults. Not managing crews that do it: doing it.

That experience covers what a slab will take, what a vestibule turn costs in clearance, and what happens when a heavy unit goes onto a skate on the wrong route.

Wilco is owned by Brett Wilcox, who has been setting this equipment for all twenty of those years. That is the shape of the company: the crew that surveys a branch is the crew that bids it, and the crew that bids it is the crew on site on installation day. When a date has to move, the call reaches the people doing the work, with no coordinator in between.

Wilco is locally owned in Lehi, Utah, with a warehouse in Salt Lake City, and small enough that every conversation is with the people doing the work. Every job is led by an experienced site lead, and the company is insured and equipped for work many movers decline.

Who Wilco works for.

Wilco’s work spans national banks, regional banks, and credit unions, and multi-site retailers, including national travel-center chains, with equipment at locations throughout the seven states.

Wilco also works as a subcontractor to equipment manufacturers, national rigging firms, general contractors, and armored carriers with a job inside the seven states and no crew for it.

A manufacturer’s contractor vetting, already cleared.

Wilco is an approved contractor for a national cash automation manufacturer. A manufacturer reviewed Wilco’s insurance, scope, and coverage area before adding the company to its list, and Wilco works to a manufacturer’s standards on equipment the manufacturer still owns or warranties.

Manufacturers and clients are added as additional insured when a contract calls for it, which is usually the first question a risk team asks.

Where Wilco works.

Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado, Arizona, and New Mexico. Seven states, and Wilco crews drive to all of them.

Wilco is based in Lehi, Utah, with a warehouse in Salt Lake City, and work regularly reaches across the territory: Boise, Twin Falls, St. George, Las Vegas, Cheyenne, Grand Junction, Albuquerque, and Farmington.

Equipment, branch, date, and any access constraint already known. The bid comes back from the crew that will perform the work.
