Privacy policy
This site collects one thing: what a visitor enters into the bid form. This page sets out what happens to it. Last updated September 30, 2026.
What Wilco collects
Only what a visitor sends. A completed bid form contains the sender’s name, company, role if given, email address, phone number, the type of buyer, and the details of the job: the service needed, the equipment, the number of units, the city and state, the timeline, and anything provided about site access. An attached file is received as sent.
A visitor who emails or calls instead is known only by what is in that email or that conversation.
Wilco does not ask for and has no use for a Social Security number, a bank account, a card number, or a date of birth. There is no payment processing anywhere on this site and no account to create.
Why it is collected
To price the job and respond about it. That is the whole purpose. It may also be kept in Wilco’s ordinary business records, the same way a quote or an invoice is kept.
What Wilco does not do with it
Wilco does not sell it. Wilco does not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a data broker. It is not used for advertising, no profile is built from it, and no marketing email is sent to anyone who asked for a bid. Information provided to get a quote is used for that quote.
Who else handles it
Two companies, both ordinary infrastructure rather than partners that receive data for their own purposes.
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the code that receives a form submission.
- Resend delivers the two emails a submission produces: the one that reaches Wilco, and the sender’s confirmation.
Wilco’s own email runs on Google Workspace, so a submission lands in a Google-hosted inbox the same way any email to Wilco would. Where a job requires it, what the sender provided may be shared with the equipment manufacturer or general contractor already involved in that job, limited to what the job requires.
Wilco will also disclose information where the law requires it. That has not happened, and it is listed here for completeness rather than because it is expected.
Tracking, cookies, and analytics
There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social media pixels. No visitor is followed around the internet on Wilco’s account.
One technical exception, which never leaves the visitor’s computer: while the bid form is being completed, the browser holds the answers in session storage, so an interruption in the middle of step two does not cost the form. It clears on submission or when the tab closes. Wilco never sees it.
If analytics are ever added, this section changes first, and it will name the tool and what it measures.
How long it is kept
Bid requests live in Wilco’s email, so they are kept as long as its business records are. When a job is bid, the record belongs with the job. When nothing comes of it, it remains in an inbox. Any request to delete it is honored.
Requesting deletion
A deletion request goes to bids@wilcoatm.com, with enough to locate the record, usually the company name and the email address used. Wilco deletes what it is not required to keep, and does not ask for a justification.
Depending on where a person lives, specific rights may apply to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of what Wilco holds. Rather than determine which law applies, Wilco honors the request.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and submissions are validated on Wilco’s server before anything is sent. The number of places submitted information lives is kept deliberately small, which is the most useful security measure available to a company of this size. No website can promise perfect security, and Wilco does not claim to.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for banking equipment work. It is not directed at children, and Wilco does not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Wilco will not quietly start doing something this page says it does not do.

Every bid starts with the equipment, the branch, and the date.
Equipment, branch, date, and any access constraint already known. The bid comes back from the crew that will perform the work.
